At its meeting on Wednesday 17 June 2020 , Mildura Rural City Council resolved to place the draft revised Community & Council Plan 2017-2021 (2020 Update) on public exhibition as required under section 125 (9) of the Local Government Act 1989.
A copy of the draft revised Community & Council Plan 22017-2021 (2020 Update) can be obtained:

• Online at www.mildura.vic.gov.au/HaveYourSay;
Due to COVID-19, hardcopies of the Community & Council Plan 2017 -2021 (2020 Update) won’t be made available at Council facilities.
Persons wishing to comment on any proposal contained in the draft revised Community & Council Plan 2017-2021 (2020 Update) can do so by lodging a formal written submission prior to 5pm Saturday 18 July 2020 to the Chief Executive Officer via email to [email protected] or posted to Mildura Rural City Council, PO Box 105 Mildura VIC 3502.
Any person who has made a written submission to Council may request within that submission, that he or she be heard in person in support of the written submission or by person acting on his or her behalf before a meeting of Council or a Council Committee. The Council will hear submissions at 2.00pm, Wednesday 22 July 2020 and a further Special Council meeting will be held at 5.30pm Wednesday 29 July 2020 to adopt the Community & Council Plan 2017-2021 (2020 Update).
