Karragarup Play Space now open

After many months of anticipation, the Karragarup Place Space at Ridley Place Foreshore Reserve was opened to the public today.

The fences came down and the final pieces of equipment were installed, including the large swing off the crab’s arm and the flying fox. Passersby stopped with their children to have a look and a play for the first time. There were a lot of smiling faces and excitement down at the foreshore this morning.

An official opening will take place in the near future.
