Botanic Gardens and Tanks tours return

The Green Space Our Place volunteer program will resume its Tanks Art Centre/Botanic Gardens Heritage tours on Tuesday 30 June.

The 90-minute tours are held Tuesdays and Thursdays, leaving the Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre at 10am (no bookings required).

Friends of Cairns Botanic Gardens trolley plant sales resume on Wednesday 24 June with an ‘Opening Sale’.

Meanwhile, Friends’ bird tours resumed on 16 June and are operating each Tuesday, departing at 8.30am from the Friends House, Flecker Gardens (no bookings required).
