A new series of Council pop-up sessions are about to get underway, with the first session to be held at the Erica Hall on Thursday 9 July from 3.00pm – 6.00pm.
All community members are welcome to attend and will be able to meet with and share any ideas or concerns they might have with Councillors, members of the Executive team and staff.
Council pop-up is an outreach program that aims to bring Council closer to communities in both rural and major townships. The sessions offer an open-communication platform for community members to discuss ideas, ask questions and provide feedback directly to Council.
Originally planned for earlier in the year but postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions, Council pop-up will visit the following locations over the next few months:
Erica - Thursday 9 July, 3.00pm – 4.00pm Longwarry - Thursday 30 July Seaview - Thursday 20 August Yarragon - Monday 7 SeptemberPhysical distancing measures will be in place at the sessions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all attendees. No appointments are required, however, all attendees will need to provide their contact details on arrival.
