Libraries update

Restrictions on time spent in the library have been removed, as has the need to sign in at the door. Groups will re-start after the school holidays. Staff welcome back all current members, and welcome new members to visit and find out what is on offer.

New opening times From Monday, 6 July the libraries will be open as follows: Harvey and Australind Monday – 1pm to 6pm. Tuesday to Friday – 9am to 5pm. Saturday – 9am to 12 noon. Yarloop Tuesday – 10.30am to 3.30pm. Thursday – 8.30am to 1.30pm. Binningup Monday – 3pm to 6pm. Wednesday and Friday – 9am to 12pm.

School holidays Welcome back morning teas Australind Library Tuesday, 7 July, Wednesday, 8 July and Thursday, 9 July between 9am and 12 noon. Harvey Library Tuesdays and Thursdays – 10am to 12 noon during July. Yarloop and Binningup During opening hours.

Free craft packs During the school holidays, Harvey and Australind Libraries will be giving away exciting holiday packs to primary school children. The pack will contain craft materials, activities, drawing and more. To register for a pack at Harvey Library please call the library on 9729 0390. To register for a pack at Australind Library please call the library on 9797 4590. One pack per family, given out on a first-come, first-served basis. The packs will be collected from the library during the July holidays.

iPads for loan Thanks to a Be Connected grant the Harvey Library now has four iPads to lend out to customers who are feeling isolated. Staff can also assist you with other technology enquiries. and so much more.
