Cardinia Shire Council is seeking community feedback on the PB Ronald Reserve Draft Master Plan.
The draft plan represents a shared vision for the Pakenham reserve and sets the direction for the future of its active and open space areas.
PB Ronald Reserve currently features:
Open space Tennis courts Bowls The Pakenham Outdoor Swimming Pool A regional playground A fitness station Skate park Shelters and barbecues Cricket netsPB Ronald Reserve is also home to the Pakenham Library and Hall, as well as the Pakenham Living and Learning Centre, SCOPE disability service and the RSL memorial walk.
Council has prepared the draft master plan based on community feedback collected during consultation in 2019.
Cardinia Shire Mayor Councillor Jeff Springfield encouraged community members to have their say.
“I strongly encourage members of our community to contribute their ideas on the draft master plan for PB Ronald Reserve to ensure it’s a place that meets local needs now and into the future,” Cr Springfield said.
Along with seeking community input via an online survey, Council is also consulting directly with key user groups to ensure the draft master plan represents a shared vision for the future of the reserve.
