NOTICE OF WORKS - ADELAIDE PARK ROAD RECONSTRUCTION STAGE 2

Livingstone Shire Council is about to commence work on the Adelaide Park Road Reconstruction Stage 2, from the St Brendan's Drop off area to Panorama Drive, including upgrades to the Noon Drive Intersection.
The Project is scheduled to commence on 13th July 2020 and is anticipated to run for a period of 3 months, subject to weather conditions.
Traffic flows entering and exiting the St Brendan's Drop off area, Adelaide Park Road and Noon Drive, will be affected and will be changed during the construction period.
Please be assured Council is working hard to minimise the impact of the construction works on the community, and requests your patience and cooperation during this time.
To ensure your safety and the safety of others during construction, Council requests your assistance by observing the following:
•exercising caution and obey all traffic signs and traffic controller directions •driving slowly to minimise the risk of accidents •not parking your vehicle or have visitors park their vehicle on the road in the immediate area whilst work is being undertaken •please be aware that minor traffic delays may occur from time to time, however Council will endeavour to keep these delays to a minimum •roadside parking restrictions will apply to some areas along the work site •asking one of our personnel if you need assistance with access to or from your property
