As part of the Minimum Standard for managing COVID-19, Council are required to keep a record that would assist with notifying people or relevant authorities in the event a person or persons who enter/leave a Council Building or Council Workplace of any potential exposure to Covid-19
As of Thursday 9th July 2020 all person/s entering a Council Building or Council Workplace will be required to complete their details(Date, Time, Name, Address and Contact Number) on a COVID-19 register in each Council premise. If you are attending a meeting with Councillors, Management or Council Staff, you must report directly to the reception areas first. This also applies to persons who are attending the Service Tasmania Shopfront at the Oatlands Council Chambers. This Register will remain in place until Council receive advice that it is no longer a requirement.
