Mareeba Shire Council currently has two casual Customer Service Officer positions available. Council’s Customer Service Officers provide our customers with accurate and timely advice and assistance on a broad range of services via the Council call centre and service counters.
We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, can touch-type with high speed and accuracy and can prioritise and manage their workload in times of high customer demand.
