An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent part time Administrator Trades to join our Engineering and Infrastructure Directorate in Moranbah.

Working in the Corporate Properties and Fleet Department, and reporting to the Coordinator Corporate Properties, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Trades Services Team across Isaac Regional Council. 

The successful candidate will have:

Experience and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel; Experience in records keeping systems and maintenance databases; Experience in electronic financial systems or Technology One would be highly regarded; A certificate in Business Administration would be highly regarded.

For this position we offer:

Hourly rate of $39.96 plus allowances; Nominally 19 hours per week; 5 weeks annual leave (pro-rata) @ 17.5% loading; 12% super in accordance with Council policy.
