Elsternwick Park Oval 2 car park closed for resurfacing

The St Kilda Street car park servicing Elsternwick Park’s Oval 2 and tennis centre will be closed for two weeks from Wednesday 22 July 2020 for resurfacing works. 

Closing the car park means that works can be completed faster and safer, and has been timed while the car park is quiet due to COVID-19 restrictions. Alternative car parking options for visitors to this part of Elsternwick Park North are available on Glenhuntly Road and along St Kilda Street.

These works are part of Bayside City Council’s car park renewal program, which aims to ensure local car parks are compliant with current regulations and provide accessible, safe parking, while protecting the local environment through native landscaping and appropriate drainage.
