Council is proposing to enter into a Lease with “Carlingford Bowling, Sports and Recreational Club” for the use of Council owned Land for the purpose of conducting Bowling Green and Club House and all related recreational purposes as approved by the Lessor from time to time. The Council owned land is Lot 10 DP 1216207 known as part Cox Park, 334 Pennant Hills Road, Carlingford NSW 2118. A Plan of the subject area to be leased is shown hatched in blue below.
The lease is proposed for a period of five (5) years. The proposal is in accordance with the existing Plan of Management for the Land. In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, submissions may be made regarding the proposal within twenty-eight (28) days.
