PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL THURSDAY 30 JULY

Pursuant to Section 5.25(1)(g) of the Local Government Act 1995 and Regulation 12(3) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, Public Notice is hereby given that:

A Special Council Meeting will be held on Thursday 30 July 2020 at 4:00 PM in the Shire of Perenjori Council Chambers, 56 Fowler Street Perenjori.  

The purpose of the meeting is to consider:

1. Adoption of the Draft 2020/21 Budget

2. Rates & Differential Rates for 2020/21

3. Adoption of Proposed Fees and Charges 2020/21

4. Bushfire Risk Management Plan – Grant Agreement

Questions must be provided to the Shire of Perenjori Administration via email, [email protected] or hand delivered to the Chief Executive Officer at 56 Fowler Street, Perenjori by 5:00 PM on Wednesday 29 July 2020 to be raised and addressed during public question time.

The Shire of Perenjori would like to advise members of the public that due to the COVID-19 social distancing policy, the number of public persons attending the Special Council Meeting  is limited to twelve (12).
