PUBLIC NOTICE RATES & DIFFERENTIAL RATES

At the Special Meeting of Council held on 30 July 2020 Council adopted a 0% rate increase for 2020/21 and as such, imposed the following Differential General Rates and Minimum payments on Gross Rental and Unimproved Values:

Instalment Dates:

Council nominated the following due dates for the payment in full by instalments:

Full Payment and First Instalment Due Date Wednesday 16 September 2020 Second Quarterly Instalment Due Date Monday 16 November 2020 Third Quarterly Instalment Due Date Monday 18 January 2021 Fourth Quarterly Instalment Due Date Thursday 18 March 2021

Discount:

Council offers a discount of 10% to ratepayers who have paid their rates in full, including, waste and service charges and any arrears, on or before 16th September 2020. 

COVID-19 Financial Hardship Policy:

At the Ordinary Council Meeting held 21 May 2020 Council adopted a COVID-19 Financial Hardship Policy. This new Policy is to assist and support the Community to meet the financial challenges arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
