Keen to take charge of your carbon footprint, but don’t know where to start? We may have the answer - with residents being offered the chance to register for a new online carbon tracking tool.

The tool has been created to help you save money while reducing your impact on the planet. How’s that for a win-win?!

As part of Council’s Charge Ahead program a limited number of residents are being offered a free 12-month subscription on a first-come first-serve basis as part of this pilot program.

The tool will:

Calculate your home’s carbon footprintHelp you review your resource consumptionSuggest ways the household can reduce energy, water and waste.

You will be able to see how your home compares to others of a similar nature, track any savings you make from completing actions and check out the analytics of how your energy, water and waste consumption drops.
