Notice under Section 38 Local Government Act 1993 Draft Plan of Management

On 14 August 2020, Moree Plains Shire Council resolved the draft Plans of Management, Community Land for Parks, Sportsgrounds and General Community Use and Natural Areas.
The Land is ‘public land’ for the purposes of the Local Government Act 1993 and classified Community.
Council gives notice that pursuant to section 38 of the Local Government Action that this draft Plans of Management is on public exhibition for a period of 28 days.
The draft Plan of Management is available for public inspection at the Council’s office at Level 2/30 Heber Street, Moree NSW 2400, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm weekdays from 15 August 2020 until 11 September 2020.
Making a submission
Written submissions may be made within the public inspection period specified above and for a further 14 days after the inspection period closes and must be marked ‘draft Plans of Management – Community Land’ and sent by 25 September 2020 to:
