Isaac Regional Council wishes to advise that due to COVID-19 and supply chain disruptions, there has been a delay in the delivery of some water notices. 

Isaac Regional Council wishes to advise that due to COVID-19 and supply chain disruptions, there has been a delay in the delivery of some water notices. 

Tracking indicates that those yet to be received will arrive this week.

Residents can register their email address with Council for an additional water notice to be issued electronically and or to raise concerns with the shortened payment term and the ability to pay by the due date of 4 September 2020 to call 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227). 

Similarly, if you have not received a water notice by Friday 21 August 2020, call Council’s Customer Service Centre, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
