Community feedback on Gum Bend Lake Amenities Block

Council is seeking the community's feedback on the proposed new amenities building to replace the existing one at Gum Bend Lake. The original concept designs were presented to the Gum Bend Lake Advisory Committee at their July 2020 meeting, with comments and suggestions raised being incorporated into the current design. The new design has the toilet entry facing towards the lake to improve user safety. It now incorporates two undercover areas and will also include the provision of three custom-designed screens. Please note that the screens shown on the attached plans are a concept only. Council will be working closely with the Gum Bend Lake Advisory Committee as well as the Wiradjuri Condobolin Corporation to create the final designs for the screen.
