An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Asset Officer to join our Corporate, Governance and Financial Services Directorate based in the Isaac Region. Reporting to the Strategic Asset Manager, this position is responsible for collecting, analysis and entering asset data into Council's asset management system in accordance with relevant legislative and Council requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Three (3) years relevant experience in an asset management, including practical experience of asset management practices and associated applications and terminology; Demonstrated capacity of providing support in the analysis of asset management system data and the development of appropriate intervention strategies to improve performance and to address issues and problems; Demonstrated high level communications, written, verbal and reporting skills; Demonstrated high level problem solving and data analysis skills; Advanced level in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; ‘C’ class Queensland driver’s licence.For this position we offer:
Salary $66,856.61 - $72,843.44 per annum Nominally 36.25 hours per week 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading 12% super (in accordance with policy) RDO’s in accordance with Council policyPosition Description Apply Here
