Queensland Health has advised its pop up COVID-19 testing clinic will remain open at Russell Island until at least Wednesday 9 September.

The clinic, open from 8am-4pm daily, is at the Russell Island Recreation Hall, adjacent the ferry terminal.

Expanded testing facilities are also at nearby Macleay Island. The Macleay Island COVID Testing Clinic is located at the Medical Clinic, beside the Chemist on Scarborough Terrace today 6 September 2020.

Tomorrow, 7 September 2020 the Macleay Island COVID Testing Clinic will move to the Macleay Island Community Centre on the corner of Scarborough Terrace and High Central Road due to expected inclement weather.

Operating hours are 10am to 4pm daily.

If residents from Karragarra Island or Lamb Island are feeling unwell, you are encouraged to contact your doctor for a consultation, particularly using Telehealth options.
