Support for local businesses

Council has and is continuing to provide a range of support measures to assist local businesses and will consider future assistance now that the Victorian Government roadmap has been announced.

We are engaging with Bayside traders via representatives of our key shopping villages on our local economy recovery plan. This includes investigating opportunities to maximising footpath trading for outdoor dining in activity centres once this is permitted under the Third Step.

Please continue to support our local businesses by shopping locally. Visit the Still Open for Business Directory for details of local trader ready to assist you.

As we ease out of restrictions, each of us can play our part to keep one another safe.
