Notice of Public Exhibition of Draft Newey Plan of Management

A Plan of Management is required under both the Crown Land Management Act 2016 and the Local Government Act 1993. The Plan of Management provides direction as to the use and management of the reserve.
The draft Plan for the Cobar Newey Reserve will be on public exhibition for a period of 28 days from 24 September 2020 and can be viewed at Cobar Shire Council’s Administration Building, 36 Linsley St, Cobar between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm (except weekends and public holidays).
The draft Plan may also be viewed and/or downloaded from Council’s website www.cobar.nsw.gov.au
Written submissions relating to the draft Plan will be received up until 4pm Friday, 6 November 2020 in accordance with s38 of the Local Government Act 1993. Please address submissions to:
