October is Small Business Month, and in support of the NSW Government’s annual celebration of the small business sector Wollondilly Council will be hosting two free workshops thanks to a grant from NSW Treasury for Small Business.
The workshops are aimed at local businesses, including those who are new or just starting up.
The first workshop, presented by Alex Hawkins from Business Connect is on Brand Building and is all about exploring your brand and using its power on social media. The second workshop, Planning for the Future, is about using practical skills to help achieve your goals and building a resilient business.
A light lunch will be provided at both events.
Wollondilly Mayor Robert Khan said, “This has been a challenging year for the whole community and supporting our local businesses has never been more important.”
“These workshops will allow participants to network and share their experiences about how the drought, bushfires, floods and COVID-19 have impacted their businesses,” he said.
