Following on from the recently adopted Mildura CBD Plan 2020-2035, Council has appointed the Institute for Sensible Transport to prepare a CBD Access and Mobility Strategy. The purpose of this strategy is to identify ways to improve overall access to the CBD while fostering the health, liveability and sustainability outcomes from transport modes.
Council is seeking feedback and ideas from the broader community regarding mobility and access throughout Mildura’s CBD. Council is keen to hear community views on how the CBD functions in key areas such as car parking supply and demand, timed controls for on-street car parking and access.
Feedback can be provided by completing an online Community Survey, which will run from Friday 2 October to Friday 23 October 2020.
Council is seeking feedback from across the community and encourages anyone who visits, lives and works in the CBD to complete the survey. To participate, and for further information about this project, visit www.mildura.vic.gov.au/CBDStrategy
