Upcoming works: Mayfair estate roads, Emerald

Geotechnical investigation works in Emerald’s Mayfair estate will lead to intermittent shoulder and lane closures between 12 and 16 October 2020.

Streets affected include Baird Street, Charlton Street, Desgrand Street, Glover Street, Guy Street, Mayfair Drive, Mitchell Street, Newman Drive and Roger Street.

These works will inform the design and budget of future road rehabilitation.
