Planning Agreement- DA230/18 – Proposed – Subdivision – 81 Residential Lots, Lot 817 DP 814174 – 5 Ikara Street Lithgow NSW 2790
Council is in receipt of a Draft Planning Agreement for the provision of a contribution for community facilities and public open space. The Agreement is in respect of Development Consent for a Subdivision of 81 Residential Allotments on land known as Lot 817 DP 814174, 5 Ikara Street, Lithgow NSW 2790.
The Agreement is available for public inspection at Council’s Economic Development and Environment, in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 28 days (excluding public holidays) ending on the 21 November 2020.
During this period any person may inspect the Planning Agreement and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council’s reference DA230/18. All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to the issue of the Subdivision Certificate.
