Maximum daily fee (Mon to Fri, 7am to 6pm) $56.00

Evening Flat Rate after 6pm: $10.00

Weekend Flat Rate: $10.00 per day

Early Bird Parking

Monday to Friday: ENTRY is 5am to 9.30am, EXIT is 2.30pm to 6.30pm

Early bird validation is automatic where the user parks on Level 4 and complies with entry and exit times.

Early exit will result in the normal casual parking tariff applying.

Permanent Commercial Parking

North Sydney Council recently took over operation and management of the Ward Street Carpark and is now offering great rates for long-term users.

The Ward Street Carpark is centrally located with over 300 permanent (leased) parking spaces available. For a limited time, you can get four weeks free parking when you lease a permanent parking space.

Progressive discounted rates are available for leasing five (5) or more parking spaces, with discounts increasing as more spaces are leased.
