Tottenham Caravan Park amenities work

Renewal of the Tottenham Caravan Park amenities block has commenced and is expected to be completed by early December.

The work involves the demolition of the existing facilities and the erection of a new amenities block which will include toilets, showers, laundry, store room and disabled facilities.

The works are being funded through grant funding under the NSW Government’s Drought Stimulus Package.

Council’s Manager Projects and Building Guy Marchant said “the new amenity building will be a great improvement to the caravan park and will enhance the visitor experience, hopefully leading to more visitors to the Tottenham area”.

Lachlan Shire Mayor John Medcalf OAM said, “We are very appreciative for the State Government’s funding to upgrade and enhance the facilities at the Tottenham Caravan Park, which will in turn attract more visitors to the area and help tourism in the local region.”
