Meditation for Seniors
Celebrate Senior's Week by discovering how you can use mindfulness meditation later in life. Presented by Nigel Jones, meditation teacher at the Perth Mindfulness Meditation Hub.
Dance to Remember
Join us at the Swan Valley Memory Café for a dance class for people living with dementia as well as their families, support workers and friends. A time to dance, have fun and socialise. The class will begin seated, progressing slowly with options to stand or increase movement.

Artist Talk - Neil Elliot @ Ellenbrook Men’s Shed
Neil Elliott is a multi-award-winning Perth Hills-based sculptor and painter. His work is mixed media and created with a sense of humour. Neil draws his inspiration from history, engineering, his dreams and the many interesting objects found in his studio. Stay on after the talk for light refreshments.
