Sewerage works

Lachlan Shire Council has contracted Interflow to undertake sewer rehabilitation works in Condobolin.

Commencing yesterday, Monday 2 November 2020, Interflow is conducting sewer relining, closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection of the main sewer pipes and cleaning works. Residents are advised they may experience an increase in noise, vehicle movement and odours, though every effort will be made to minimise these impacts.

Residents are advised they do not need to be home, however Interflow staff may need to access some properties.

If access to your property is required, you will be contacted by phone wherever possible and door knocking will occur only in rare cases. If Interflow does not have your phone number a letter will be left in your letterbox with contact details on it.

If you do not wish the work to be completed on the day mentioned on the calling card, please call the number on the card to arrange a more suitable day or time.

Works are planned in the following areas:

·         Officers Parade / McGregor Street

·         Mahonga Street / Melrose Street / Condon Street / Molong Street / Napier Street

·         Boona Street / Hughes Street / Brady Street / Cunningham Street / McDonnell Street

·         Melrose Street / Orange Street / Moller Street

·         Molong Street / Goobang Street

 It is advised that toilet lids are held down by an object weighing at least 2kg during the cleaning works.
