Temporary disruption to DA Tracker and property enquiries

Published on 04 November 2020

There will be a temporary disruption to Council’s DA Tracker and some services such as property information, from 1pm on Thursday 5 November to 7am on Monday 9 November 2020.

Council will be doing essential maintenance at this time and we apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.

While staff will be available to take customer calls during business hours, they too will be unable to access property and application related information. They will arrange a customer call back when the systems are back online.

Advertising times for development applications will be been extended by one week to compensate for the disruption.

Rates, water and other payments

People can still pay their rates and water bills by any of the methods listed on their notice. More information on how to pay your rates and water  is available on Council’s website.

Customer Service staff will be available to talk to people about bill payment options and general enquiries but may not be able to process some payments or requests for information.

People are advised to bring their notices with them to discuss available payment options with staff.

Council will be working to ensure systems are back online as fast as possible.
