We invite you the community to celebrate the conclusion of the Burnie Shines 20th Anniversary event by joining us for a visual display celebrating the Featured Artists and programs from the past 19 years.
The Burnie Shines 2020 Wrap up event will be held at the Burnie Arts and Function Centre Plaza from 7:30pm on Friday 6 November.
This year is the 20th anniversary of Burnie Shines.
A number of events were able to be held throughout October, though the impacts of COVID-19 forced some changes to this years offerings.
In conjunction with Round Table Studio, Burnie City Council has curated a show reel of past Burnie Shines festival artists and events that will be projected onto the Arts and Function Centre building. The process known as Projection Mapping will be a first for the City of Burnie.
Viewing of the show reel will be from the Burnie Arts and Function Centre Plaza.
Entertainment will be provided by Clinton Hutton and a coffee van will be in situ.
Council requests that all patrons observe social distancing and practice good hygiene as directed by the State Government COVID-Safe measures in place. Hand sanitizer will be available. If you are unwell, please do not attend the event.
