Notice is hereby given that the City of Parramatta Council endorsed at its meeting on 26 October 2020 a site-specific DCP for insertion in Section 4.3.3 – Parramatta City Centre of Parramatta DCP 2011, which relates to land at 18-40 Anderson Street, Parramatta.

The site-specific DCP will come into effect on the date that the related amendment to the Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 is published on the NSW Legislation website and comes into force.
