Adoption of a site-specific Development Control Plan for the Civic Link Precinct

Notice is hereby given that the City of Parramatta Council endorsed at its meeting on 12 October 2020 a site-specific Development Control Plan (DCP) for insertion in Section 4.3.3 – Parramatta City Centre of Parramatta DCP 2011, which relates to the Civic Link Precinct, a new pedestrian, public space within the City Centre linking Parramatta Square to the Parramatta River foreshore.

The controls in this section of the DCP describes the spatial definition of the Civic Link; changes to through block movement patterns; new streets, laneways and open spaces; and future development form.

The site-specific DCP will come into effect on the date that it is published on Council’s website.
