Durras residents and visitors have the opportunity to help choose a new playground for the village.

Eurobodalla Council will replace the ageing play equipment at the corner of Village Road and Corilla Street in South Durras in the first half of 2021.

Professional playground designers have prepared three playground concepts and the Council is asking the community which it likes best.

Council’s recreation director Kathy Arthur said that either option would create a wonderful new recreation space for Durras locals and visitors alike.

“Each option includes all the fun stuff – slides, swings, climbers and space for imaginative play, but they each have a different look and feel,” she said.

“Voting is easy – just select your favourite design in our quick survey to let us know which playground you like best.”

Voting is 23 November.
