Isaac Regional Council wishes to advise that callers to Council’s 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227) Customer Service Centre phone number may experience longer than normal wait times due to a Wide Area Network outage affecting branch offices. Residents who call Council’s number are asked to please exercise patience and their call will be answered while the telecommunications provider rectifies the issue as soon as possible. Council apologises for any inconvenience caused.
