Financial statements presentation

Lachlan Shire Council advises that in accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act, 1993, the ordinary Council meeting to be held on 25/11/2020 will include the presentation of the audited financial statements and presentation of the auditor’s reports for the year ending 30/06/2020.

Council’s ordinary meeting will commence at 2pm at the Condobolin Council Chambers.

In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act, 1993, any person may make a submission in writing to Council with respect to the Council’s Audited Financial Statements or the Auditor’s Reports.  Copies of the documents are available at the Condobolin and Lake Cargelligo customer service centres as well as on council’s website: https://www.lachlan.nsw.gov.au/council/annual-financial-and-statutory-reports/financial-reports.aspx

Submissions must be lodged with Council no later than 5pm on 18 November, 2020.
