Emerald’s tip shop looking for managers

Central Highlands Regional Council is calling for interested parties to tender for the management and operations of Emerald’s tip shop.

Known as the ‘Emerald Tip Shop’, the business closed earlier in the year under COVID-19 restrictions. At the time, its operations contract had expired and went up for tender.

The process was unsuccessful with no applications received. With a more flexible tender to make the application easier, the council is again calling for interested parties to apply.

Management and operations include the day-to-day operations of a profitable recovery and recycling business.

A site inspection and industry briefing for interested parties is planned for Monday 16 November 2020 at 9.30 am. Please RSVP to [email protected]
