Apprentice Diesel Fitter
Mareeba Shire Council has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join Council’s Workshop team as an Apprentice Diesel Fitter. The successful applicant will work with qualified trade staff in the servicing, maintenance and repair of heavy earthmoving equipment, light vehicles, small motor plant and any other asset owned and operated by Council, while undertaking a trade qualification – Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade). The estimated timeframe for the apprenticeship is four years.
