Putting your child in care for the first time often comes with apprehension and many questions; however, you can rest assured if you enrol your child in a Council run facility, they’ll be in the best of care.
Last week, Belrose Children’s Centre was awarded an Excellence rating against the National Quality Framework – an honour only 42 children’s service centres hold out of 16,215 Australia-wide.
The Excellence rating is the highest rating achievable in the industry and recognises that providers and their educators use innovative practices to achieve significant improvements in care and education.
In simple terms, there are seven quality areas all centres are rated on including educational program and practice, children's health and safety, physical environment, staffing arrangements, relationships with children, collaborative partnerships with families and communities, and governance and leadership.
Belrose Children’s Centre was awarded an Excellent rating across all seven areas of the National Quality Standards - a wonderful achievement and highlights the Centres innovative practices and commitment to the community.
The rating is awarded by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
