Temporary Public Toilet Closure

Over the next few months we will be engaging contractors to undertake maintenance on a number of public toilets. This will mean some toilets may be closed for up to a week.

Porta loos will be available on site during the period the toilets are closed.

The public toilets at the Tamar Visitor Centre and the public toilet adjacent the library in the main street of Exeter will be closed from Monday, 23 November and are expected to be re-opened on Friday, 27 November. The closest alternative public toilet is located at Rose Bay Park, Gravelly Beach.

The public toilets at Riverside’s Tailrace Park are schedule for work from Monday 7 December 2020 and are not expected to re-open until Friday 11 December 2020. The closest alternative public toilets are located at Lions Park, Pitt Avenue, Riverside or the Windsor Community Centre, Windsor Drive, Riverside.

Details of future closures will be advised once the work has been scheduled.
