A Development Application (DA) tracker is a key element in providing an open and transparent avenue for Snowy Monaro Regional Council (SMRC) to engage with our community on development.
With the reintroduction of this system, it’s now back online and able to be used region wide across the Snowy Monaro.
SMRC’s DA tracker is available to the community to view the status of Development Applications under assessment in the region.
DA tracker is the first step of a raft of e-service initiatives planned by Council to be rolled out over the next six months. This is in line with the ePlanning Program outlined by the NSW Government which is focused on delivering key digital services to the people of NSW.
A key aspect of the tracker is the ability to allow our community and customers to track the status of any Development Application under assessment, whether you are the applicant or not, and enable access to supporting information lodged with an application.
The tracker can be accessed through Council’s webpage at https://www.snowymonaro.nsw.gov.au/
