Adoption of a site-specific Development Control Plan (DCP) for land at 12 Hassall Street, Parramatta

Notice is hereby given that the City of Parramatta Council endorsed at its meeting on 9 November 2020 a site-specific DCP for insertion in Section 4.3.3 – Parramatta City Centre of Parramatta DCP 2011, which relates to land at 12 Hassall Street, Parramatta.

Council endorsed amendments to the exhibited DCP relating to car parking and access. These amendments are addressed in the relevant report to Council, which can be viewed online (refer to Item 17.5 in the Business Papers for Council’s meeting of 9 November 2020).

The site-specific DCP will come into effect on the date that the related amendment to the Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 is published on the NSW Legislation website and comes into force.
