SECTION OF MARMA – BOX CREEK ROAD IS CLOSED FROM 16/11/2020 UNTIL 29/11/2020

Section of Marma Box Creek Road (Mungo Road) is closed for all the traffic from the intersection of Ivanhoe Road and Marma Box Creek Road to the intersection of Magenta Wampo Road and Marma Box Creek Road – approximately 40km in length.
Marma-Box Creek Road will remain closed to all traffic until Saturday 29 November (reopening on Monday 30th November) for road surfacing works. Upon reopening, roadwork speed limits of 60km/h will apply until Monday 7th December to a 15km section of the road that is being resurfaced. A signed detour will be in place from Ivanhoe Road to Magenta D Block and Magenta Wampo Road. Please follow the detour signs.
