Be scam aware

A friendly reminder to all our customers that scammers are known to take advantage of periods like Christmas and COVID-19. 

Please be aware of suspicious phone calls, text messages or emails that pretend to be Moreton Bay Regional Council or another trusted organisation.

Moreton Bay Regional Council officers will never email, call or text you out of the blue asking for personal or financial information or a payment.

We encourage you to report any suspicious emails, calls or text messages that appear to be from Moreton Bay Regional Council to [email protected] and block or delete it immediately.
