Fremantle residents are being encouraged to have their say on a proposed apartment and hotel development on Parry Street.
The proposed four storey mixed-use development at 26 Parry Street, near the historic Fremantle Prison, includes ten residential apartments along with 28 hotel rooms and a café restaurant.
Other features include an undercroft car park for guests, car stacker for residents and a communal swimming pool and deck.
A ‘Talk to a Planner’ information session on the development is being held on Wednesday 16 December from 5:30-6pm at the City of Fremantle’s administration building at Fremantle Oval.
The plans and associated documents are available on the City’s My Say Freo website, or can be viewed during business hours at the City's customer service desk.
Feedback on the proposal can be provided online at My Say Freo, or by completing a submission form and emailing it to [email protected] or posting it to Development Approvals, City of Fremantle, PO Box 807 Fremantle WA 6959.
Submissions close at 5pm on Monday 11 January 2021.
