Thunderstorm weather advice

Northern Beaches Council 18 Dec 2020

Northern Beaches Council is currently monitoring the potential for severe thunderstorms from mid-afternoon through to the early evening today.

Council’s incident management team is working around the clock on COVID support for the community, but is now also forming up response teams in case severe weather eventuates.

The community is encouraged to check weather conditions throughout the day by visiting the Bureau of Meteorology website, particularly if they are heading outside to queue for a COVID test.
