Isaac Regional Council advises Clermont residents that all water restrictions have now been lifted, effective from 3pm Monday, 21 December 2020, due to significant rainfall into the Theresa Creek Dam (TCD) catchment.

An interim Level 1 water restriction trigger level of 2.1 metres below the spillway of TCD was adopted on Wednesday, 16 December 2020 pending the finalisation of an investigation into water restriction trigger levels in Clermont.  The TCD spillway level is currently sitting above 2.1 metres.

Residents are encouraged to continue to exercise water conservation measures.

Due to the closure of some postal services over the festive period, a notice will not be delivered to resident’s letterboxes.

Residents can stay updated through Council’s website https://www.isaac.qld.gov.au/water-restrictions, Facebook page and the January edition of the Clermont Rag, available on Friday, 15 January 2021.

We encourage residents to share this important message with their families, friends, workmates and neighbours.

Alternatively, please contact Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
