Landfill and waste transfer station holiday opening hours

The Kyogle landfill will be closed on all public holidays over the Christmas-New Year break.

The landfill will be closed on Friday (Christmas Day), Saturday (Boxing Day) and Monday (Boxing Day Public Holiday), and on Friday 1 January (New Year’s Day).

It will open normal operating hours on all other days, including Sunday 27 December.

Woodenbong and Bonalbo transfer stations which would normally open on Saturday (Boxing Day) will also be closed but will operate as normal on Tuesday (Woodenbong) and Wednesday (Bonalbo).

The Mallanganee transfer station will operate as normal on Thursday and Sunday.

Meanwhile, the kerbside garbage collection service will operate as normal throughout the holiday period.
