The winners of the 2020 Shire of Coolgardie Christmas Lights Competition have been revealed, after more than a few households lit up both Kambalda and Coolgardie with festive displays.
An exciting new category was introduced: Peoples Choice.
The annual competition saw a lower number of entrants this year. The Shire of Coolgardie wish to thank all entrants for bringing Christmas cheer to both towns.
It is always fantastic to see so many homes brighten up our streets each year.
Christmas starts at home, where we gather with our family and friends. For many, it’s our place to connect with loved ones, and in decorating our homes we each do our bit to bring extra sparkle and spirit to the rest of the community.
The 2020 Shire of Coolgardie Christmas Lights Competition winners are listed below by category and town.
Kambalda People’s Choice - Winner: 8 Goodenia Court
Best Residential - Winner: 8 Goodenia Court Runner-up: 81 Saltbush Rd
Coolgardie People's Choice - Winner: 105 Forrest Street
Best Residential - Winner: 36 Sylvester Street Runner-up: 70 Shaw Street
Winners shared $500.00 worth of cash prizes per town.
